Dotster Inc. and Penske Truck Leasing Co. lease at 8100 Parkway

Dotster Inc. has leased 10,817 sf of office space and Penske Truck Leasing Co. leased 2,796 sf from Schnitzer Investment Corp. at 8100 Parkway. 8100 NE Parkway is a Class A facility made up of 59,847 sf.

Dotster Inc., launched in January 2000, has quickly risen as a major entity among domain name registrars and has already registered over a million domain names to customers around the world. The success and growth of this company has led to its search for a larger space.

Penske Truck Leasing operates nearly 206,000 commercial trucking vehicles in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Mexico and South America. The company offers full-service leasing, contract maintenance and commercial and consumer truck rental. Penske is one of the largest transportation services companies in the world.
