Bridgetown Office Building sells for $9.9M

Bridgetown Development LLC. has sold Bridgetown Office Building to RealNet Investments LLC, who in turn sold it to Jeld-Wen Inc. for $9.9 million. The building is a 63,000 sf, Class B, renovated historic building located at 1631 NW Thurman. NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson Executive Vice President Chris Johnson and Senior Real Estate Broker Sean Turley represented the buyer and seller in the transaction between Bridgetown Development LLC and RealNet Investments LLC, and represented the seller in the transaction between RealNet Investments LLC and Jeld-Wen. Trevor Kafoury with CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.
Bridgetown Development, a limited liability company, purchased 3 buildings in 1997 - Bridgetown Building, The Triangle Building and Bridgetown II - and completed redevelopment of the office building in 1999.
RealNet Investments LLC, a Portland-based firm, purchases institutional-grade properties and makes them available to investors in the midst of 1031 exchanges.
Jeld-Wen is the world’s leading manufacturer of reliable windows and doors. Based in Klamath Falls, Jeld-Wen began as a small Oregon millwork plant in 1960 and has grown into a company with more than 150 divisions and more than 20,000 employees worldwide.
