Eton Lane LLC. purchases McMinnville property for $2.55M

Investment firm Eton Lane LLC purchased the 19,000 sf Furniture Outlet property for $2.55 million from the Bergougnan Family Trust. Jack McConnell, Senior Vice President with NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, represented the buyer.
The retail property is tenanted by Palo Enterprises Inc. dba Furniture Outlet and indicative of the type of investment properties that have appealed to investors in and around the Portland Metropolitan area. The combination of location and good tenant is especially appealing for investment. Strong demographics and a rapidly rebounding economy with positive job growth and healthy consumer spending have whetted appetites of not only retail investors, but national retailers looking to break into or expand in this market.
