Vancouver Eye Care opens third and fourth locations

Vancouver Eye Care will be opening a 10,675 sf clinic and state-of-the-art surgery & laser center in Columbia Tech Center located on 17720 SE Mill Plain Blvd in Vancouver, Washington, and a 2,700 sf clinic in the Rockwell Medical Office Building located in Salmon Creek. These new facilities will complement Vancouver Eye Care’s present downtown Main Street and central Medical Center locations. Tamara Fuller, Senior Associate Broker for NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, represented Vancouver Eye Care in both transactions.
Columbia Tech Center is a single-story office building in East Vancouver. The location was a key component for consideration. Vancouver Eye Care’s administrator, Neil Allen, states, “We felt we needed to open a center in East Vancouver due to the tremendous growth that has been occurring here. We had so many patients coming from further east of where our present clinics are situated, that the demand became very evident.”
