Goldsmith Investment Company acquires Brooks Building

The Goldsmith Investment Company has purchased the Brooks Building, located in Bend, Oregon for $3,990,000 from Maynard Alves. Denis O’Neill of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer in the transaction.
The Brooks Building is made up of 15,478 sf of leasable, Class “A” space. Situated on the corner of Columbia Street and Simpson Avenue in Shevlin Center on Bend’s west side, the property contains tenants such as: Western Title, APT and Pacific Residential Mortgage.
Bend, Oregon is one of the fastest growing cities in Oregon. With its mild climate and outstanding access to recreational activities, Bend continues to experience significant in-migration.
