Nationwide Plaza adds new tenant

Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. leased 17,699 sf in Nationwide Plaza announced J. Clayton Hering, President of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson. Sean Turley, Associate Vice President of NAI NBS represented the tenant. The landlord is American Property Management Corporation.

Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides health services in Multnomah, Washington and Marion counties. The new space will house the organization’s administrative, management and accounting services, which employs just over 1,300 company-wide.

Sean Turley, who represented the tenant in this transaction states, "Cascadia has seen significant growth in the last few years as is evidenced by this need for expanded administrative space. Nationwide Plaza is a perfect location and provides the amenities that Cascadia was looking for."
