Background & Experience
A property manager since 1998, Jessica joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 2006. Jessica’s top priority for her office and industrial properties is building strong relationships between tenants and owners and addressing client needs. She identifies owner objectives, and works to exceed their expectations.
Jessica also brings extensive experience with tenant improvements, having managed several tenant-specific buildouts for new construction. Her attention to detail in budget and financial reporting is another asset. Jessica has managed over 1.2 million square feet in her career to date.
Jessica was a Property Manager with ESP Property Factors, Inc., prior to joining NAI NBS. With ESP, she co-managed 36 properties, 350 tenants and over 500,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space.
Education
Jessica earned her Commercial Property Management (CPM) designation in 2004 from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Jessica is a licensed broker in Oregon and Washington and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
