Background & Experience
Deborah Abel joined Norris, Beggs & Simpson’s Seattle office in April 2003. She has nearly 20 years of experience in property management, lease administration, accounting and construction supervision. Deborah utilizes this experience to manage an impressive portfolio consisting of a variety of commercial real estate products.
As Property Manager, she works to ensure the physical and fiscal health of each property by performing site inspections, managing tenant and capital improvement projects, and handling tenant requests. Deborah pays close attention to the portfolio’s financial aspects by preparing monthly and annual forecast budgets in addition to overseeing vendor bid processes. She is known for her ability to form lasting relationships with tenants which are rooted in mutual respect.
Education
Deborah has acquired her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is a licensed sales associate in Washington. She is pursuing her CCIM designation with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
