Background & Experience
Neville Bassett joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 2009 to specialize in industrial leasing and sales. He has extensive experience in the Portland-area commercial real estate market, specifically in arranging financing in a number of industries, including manufacturing, distribution and professional companies.
Neville was previously with GE Capital, where his career spanned 15 years, most recently as a Senior Account Executive in Business Property. In this position he sourced and closed commercial real estate loans, closing 43 transactions valued at $120 million from 2005 and 2009. He also has experience in commercial equipment finance, as well as in sales management.
Education
Neville holds a bachelor of science in business/economics from Eastern Oregon University, and is a licensed broker in Oregon. He has achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which is held by just 6% of commercial real estate practitioners nationwide.
