Background & Experience
With over nine total years experience in the commercial real estate market, Robert Black joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson's Capital Asset Group in 1999 to specialize in apartment investment sales. He was previously an Investment Specialist for NAI/The Vaughan Company, Commercial Division, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he analyzed and advised on real estate portfolios for both the individual and portfolio investor.
During his tenure, he consulted purchasers on site location, financing, exchanges, and acquisitions. In addition, Robert became a member of The Vaughan Company "Million Dollar Club" and, in 1998, his accomplishments garnered the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Marketing Deal of the Year award.
Education
Robert earned his B.A. in International Economics and Finance from the University of New Mexico and he is currently a CCIM Candidate of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI).
