Background & Experience
Ken Boyko joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1981. With over 25 years experience in industrial/flex sales and leasing in the Portland area, Ken is a veteran broker who represents both landlords and tenants. He has coordinated the marketing of high-quality real estate projects, such as Parkrose Business Center, Commerce Park Milwaukie, 148th Airport Way Industrial Park, the Swan Island Industry Center and Lincoln Business Center.
Ken’s brokerage successes culminated in his achievement of the NAI NBS “Top Five Producer” award in 1991, 1996 and 2002.
Prior to joining NAI NBS, Ken was a future trader for General Mills at the Chicago Board of Trade.
Education
Ken is a licensed sales associate in Oregon. Ken graduated from Washington State University in 1974 with a degree in Economics and received his masters in Business Administration in 1975 from Washington State with an emphasis in marketing.
