Background & Experience
Caryl Brown joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 2011 to specialize in the leasing and sales of retail properties in the CBD and Pearl District. With a background as a retail executive and 14 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, Caryl is uniquely qualified to serve landlords and tenants with their real estate needs.
Prior to joining NAI NBS, Caryl spent nine years as a broker, geographically specializing in lease and sale transactions of commercial properties in the Pearl District. Caryl maintains the loyalty and trust of key clients by consistently producing results while simultaneously delivering a high level of service and professionalism.
Education
Caryl holds a BS in business administration from Portland State University. She is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon, and is pursuing the highly respected Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
