Background & Experience
Monique Clouser is a veteran in the property management field specializing in office and retail properties from the construction phase to full operational capacity. She adds value to her assets by overseeing capital improvements while maintaining good tenant relationships.
Since joining NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1996, Monique has facilitated capital improvement projects such as elevator modernization, roof replacement, HVAC upgrades and extensive interior common area upgrades. She manages onsite staff and excels at hands-on tenant service and lease administration.
Cumulatively, Monique has managed over two million square feet of office and retail space in her career to date. In 2002 she was awarded Property Manager of the Year by Buildings Owners and Managers (BOMA), as well as NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson's Property Manager of the Year. She was nominated for the BOMA award again in 2006.
Education
Monique is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and is a licensed broker in the states of Oregon and Washington. In addition, she has a business degree from Linfield College.
