Background & Experience
Denise joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson as a property manager in 2007, bringing over 19 years of prior experience to the team. Since beginning her career as a property manager in 1988, Denise has managed over 14 million square feet of high-rise commercial, retail, medical and high-tech property. She began overseeing tenant improvement and capital project management in 1993, ensuring the needs of tenants, architects, general contractors and owners are met.
Denise has managed three new buildings through design, development and construction phases to leasing and occupancy. In addition to her specialty in capital improvements, she is skilled in launching marketing campaigns and facilitating vendor/client relations.
Prior to joining NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, Denise supervised the management of downtown buildings Fox Tower, 1000 Broadway Building and Studio Building.
Education
Denise has earned the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) and is a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in Oregon.
