Background & Experience
Tom Dechenne has over 30 years in the commercial and industrial real estate business. He joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1979 and has been involved in brokerage, real estate finance and development. For the past several years, he has specialized as a broker in the marketing of industrial projects, as well as the sale of various investment properties and land.
Prior to joining NAI NBS, he was employed by CENEX, a regional farm supply cooperative. His responsibilities included the analysis and overseeing primary lending of approximately 125 agriculture cooperatives. Tom was a member of the public relations and cooperative training staff as well as a local cooperative manager.
Education
Tom graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics. He is a licensed broker in Oregon.
