Background & Experience
Steve Dodds, a veteran of the commercial real estate industry, specializes in industrial sales, leasing and site searches as well as the redevelopment of existing buildings.
Since joining NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1984, Steve has built a comprehensive client portfolio comprised of individuals, small companies and some of Portland’s institutional corporations. He has represented Spieker Properties, PacTrust and Schnitzer Investment. Most recently, Steve represented the Poorman-Douglas Corporation and Weston Investment Company during the sale of the Poorman-Douglas Building for $9.75 million.
Education
Steve Dodds is a native of Portland and graduated in 1973 with a B.A. in Political Science from Whitman College. He is licensed to sell real estate in Oregon.
