Background & Experience
Nutan joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 2007 as a property manager with over seven years of experience in the property management field. Her commitment to providing owners and tenants the highest standard of service is a priority. Nutan prides herself on facilitating effective communication that establishes synergy and productivity.
Prior to joining NAI NBS, Nutan was a property manager for the Scurfield Company in downtown Sacramento where she was responsible for 21 commercial properties’ management and accounting. She handled accounts receivable and payable and maintained all rent rolls while supervising improvements, managing vendors and keeping the properties at 99% occupancy. Nutan was also a staff accountant for Hines Property Management’s 13-building complex in Rancho Cordova, and started as a bookkeeper for residential property in Naperville, Illinois.
Education
Nutan received her Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University and is a licensed broker in Oregon and Washington.
