Background & Experience
Kimberly joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson’s Vancouver office in May 2006, having been a property manager since 1993. Her strengths include budgeting and financial reporting as well as tracking operating costs. Kimberly also excels in coordinating tenant improvements and supervising property maintenance.
Before joining NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, Kimberly was Milestone Management’s Vice President and Director of Operations. Her duties included overseeing the daily operations of office, retail and multifamily assets throughout the Portland Metropolitan Area. Additionally, she oversaw the company’s financial transactions, asset management, human resources and ensured compliance with State and Federal laws.
Prior to Milestone Management, Kimberly managed a portfolio of 1,759 residential units, a mix of Section 42, project-based Section 8 and Class A conventional multifamily assets for Simpson Property Group.
Education
Kimberly holds real estate licenses for both Oregon and Washington and is a Certified Property Manager.
