Background & Experience
Kimberly has been a property manager since 1993, and joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson’s Vancouver office in 2006. Her strengths include budgeting and financial reporting as well as tracking operating costs. Kimberly also excels in coordinating tenant improvements and supervising property maintenance.
Before joining NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, Kimberly was Milestone Management’s Vice President and Director of Operations. Her duties included overseeing the daily operations of office, retail and multifamily assets throughout the Portland metropolitan area. Additionally, she oversaw the company’s financial transactions, asset management and human resources, and ensured compliance with state and federal laws.
Prior to Milestone Management, Kimberly managed a portfolio of 1,759 residential units, a mix of Section 42, project-based Section 8 and Class A conventional multifamily assets for Simpson Property Group.
Education
Kimberly has earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. She was IREM’s 2008 New CPM Board Member of the Year, 2009 Outstanding Member of the Year and 2010 CPM of the Year. She holds real estate licenses in Oregon and Washington and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
