Background & Experience
Since joining NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 2003, Garret has specialized in industrial and investment real estate. He represents clients in the purchase and sale of both owner-user and investment properties, as well as the leasing of industrial properties.
In 2009, Garret was named NAI NBS’ #1 Top Producer, completing 28 deals valued at $18 million. In 2008, he was recognized by the Vancouver Business Journal as an “Accomplished & Under 40” award recipient.
Prior to joining the company, he was employed with Tarragon Development, a commercial real estate developer based in Seattle, Washington. During his time with Tarragon, Garret managed the development and leasing of over $30 million of new industrial projects, ranging in size from 50,000 to 350,000 sf.
Education
Garret has a civil engineering degree from the University of Washington. He is a licensed sales associate in Washington and an associate broker in Oregon.
