Background & Experience
Already a proven leader in the real estate industry since 1993, Jennifer Medak joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson’s Brokerage Department in April 1999 to specialize in office sales and leasing. Since joining NAI NBS she has become one of the leading brokers in the Portland market, earning both the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) "Office Broker of the Year" award and the NAI NBS Top Producer honor.
Jennifer has worked on the lease-up and sale of several projects, including the 1881 SW Naito Parkway Building, 205 Business Center, 501 Northeast Hood, and the Raleigh West Executive Building, along with several IRC 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Jennifer excels in her ability to implement leasing strategies, as evidenced by her outstanding production level. She is knowledgeable and has worked on complex three-way exchanges involving commercial paper and multiple investment properties.
Education
Currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI), she holds an Oregon broker real estate license. Jennifer received a B.S. in Commerce, Finance from Santa Clara University.
