John Medak joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1998 following his relocation from the Bay Area, where he worked for CB Richard Ellis for three years. John's brokerage successes have garnered him consistent recognition from numerous organizations. In his first year with the firm, John was chosen as the company's nomination for CAR's Rookie of the Year in 1999. From 2000 to 2006, he was a top dealmaker for NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, and has had numerous Top 5 and Top 10 appearances for transaction volume and gross revenue. Additionally, the National Association of Realtors recognized him as one of the top 5 brokers in the country under the age of 30. John's accomplishments in 2006 included being named the company's #1 Dealmaker of the Year with 90 transactions closed. He was also recognized by the company's affiliated network NAI Global, achieving the organization's Gold Member status, awarded to the top 3% of brokers in a 5,000-plus network.
Education
John has a B.A. in Management and Finance, with a real estate emphasis, from the University of San Diego.
