Background & Experience
Charlie Kleier joined the NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson team in 1989 and has 20 years of experience in investment and commercial real estate. Charlie became a Partner in NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson and Executive Vice President in 2003. Charlie continues to be a Top Producer for the company, and has been a Top Five Producer five out of the last six years. In addition, Charlie recently served two, three-year terms on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Association of Realtors - Oregon/SW Washington (CAR). He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and is a licensed sales associate in both Washington and Oregon. He is a member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society (RECS).
Charlie has strong knowledge of the continually changing technology and internet advancements within the commercial real estate industry and utilizes many of these technologies in his daily practice. He brings to NAI NBS an extensive background in commercial real estate analysis. He began his real estate career as a commercial real estate appraiser for P.G.P. Valuation where he specialized in the appraisal of investment properties.
Education
Charlie is a graduate of Willamette University where he received a BA in Business/Economics. Charlie is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI). He is also a licensed sales associate in both Washington and Oregon.
