Background & Experience
Lisette Levich joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson’s Property Management Department in June 1995. With nearly 30 years of real estate experience, Lisette is uniquely qualified to oversee Property Management Operations for NAI NBS, a position she was promoted to in March 2006.

Lisette’s responsibilities include transitioning newly acquired properties into the management portfolio and establishing quality control procedures for property managers and the department. Aspects of quality control include maintaining and implementing current and new procedures within the department such as commissioning new technology initiatives, updating existing tenant and property handbooks and emergency manuals and coordinating and tracking tenant and client surveys, on-call programs and managing maintence processes. Furthermore, Lisette serves as an additional senior resource for the property managers in the department and also mentors new property managers.

Lisette has an extensive property management background which includes the management of office, retail, residential, industrial and medical properties totaling well over 3 million square feet. Lisette also served as a leasing agent for 1.5 million square feet of lease renewals throughout the nation.

Education
Lisette is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as bestowed by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a licensed sales associate in Oregon, Washington, and California.
