Background & Experience
Emily Mandic joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 2007 as an on-site property manager for the Portland State University portfolio. She has been in property management since 1997. Emily is responsible for the fiscal management of the portfolio, coordinating capital improvements, and overseeing marketing of available space. Emily is also responsible for putting together in-depth monthly budgets for the properties, CAM reconciliations and cash flow analysis. She has a unique breadth of experience in the coordination of capital improvements, from facilitating extensive interior common area upgrades to assisting with construction supervision and HVAC upgrades.
Prior to joining Norris, Beggs & Simpson, Emily worked for PREM Group as a property manager, where she oversaw a portfolio consisting of 8 retail and office buildings and 40 tenants totaling over 650,000 square feet. Emily has managed more than two million square feet of office and retail space in her career to date.
