Regionally, he is the exclusive leasing agent for Riverside Business Park, Spacesaver Business Center, Clackamas Commerce Center, and Schnitzer Northwest Properties.
Michael has earned multiple industry awards for his outstanding achievements. He was recognized with Commercial Real Estate Transaction of the Year (2006, 2004) by the Oregon/SW Washington CCIM chapter, as well as SIOR’s 2006 and 2004 Industrial Transactions of the Year.
