Background & Experience
Cary Morris has been a property manager since 1992, joining the NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson team in 2007. His knowledge of construction and maintenance make him adept at supervising tenant and capital improvements, as well as overseeing property renovation. Cary has particular expertise in high-rise, Class A office properties from his work in Southern California and Portland markets.
Cary has managed property for Douglas-Emmett & Company in Los Angeles, where he managed multiple high-rise office properties in Century City, West LA and Sherman Oaks. Cary facilitated a $15 million restoration on an 18-story Class A property, assisted in a $20 million renovation of two 17-story residential complexes and worked with over 1,200 residents during lead-based paint abatement. There, Cary also gained unique experience in catastrophe renovation and water damage restoration.
Most recently, Cary was Director of Property Management for TMT Development Company, where he was responsible for all aspects of property management for the portfolio.
