Background & Experience
Denis rejoined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 2002 to focus on the sale of retail investment property and land for developers. Denis’ extensive real estate career stretches back to 1977, when he was a retail broker with NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson. In 1981, Denis switched his emphasis to the office market and provided the impetus for the company’s expansion into the suburban office market with his sale of two major properties on Kruse Way, leading to the 4000 Kruse Way Place and Centerpointe developments. He was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 1984 and relocated to San Jose. His brokerage successes in California led him to become a partner with the company in 1987 and Regional Manager of the San Jose office one year later.
Denis later resigned his position with the company and returned to Portland as Vice President of Development for Cornerstone Columbia, a joint venture of Weyerhaeuser and Portland General.
Education
Denis is a graduate of Stanford University, and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia.
