Background & Experience
Kathi Pearce joined NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson in April 2006 as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, Kathi acquired vast expertise in tenant relations, the due diligence process and overseeing tenant and capital improvements.
Kathi was promoted to Property Manager in August 2007 and is currently managing a portfolio consisting of office and industrial properties, with an emphasis on office. She excels in the cultivation of tenant, landlord, and vendor relationships, and has gained extensive experience working on all aspects of property and asset management, including budgeting, reconciliations and lease negotiations.
Prior to joining NAI NBS, Kathi worked for Felton Properties as the Operations Manager, which included construction management and budget overviews.
Education
Kathi became a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2007, and is an active IREM Board Member. She was named IREM’s 2008 CPM Candidate of the Year. Kathi is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and a licensed salesperson in Washington.
