Background & Experience
Kathi Pearce joined NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson in 2006. Kathi has over ten years of experience in the property management field, having been Operations Manager for two local real estate offices.
Kathi excels in the cultivation of tenant, landlord, and vendor relationships. She has extensive experience working on all aspects of property and asset management, including overseeing tenant and capital improvements, budgeting, reconciliations and lease negotiations.
Education
Kathi became a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2007. She is also a licensed Oregon Real Estate Broker and Washington Real Estate Salesperson.
