Background & Experience
Andrew Rosengarten joined the NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson brokerage department in 2008 to specialize in office/flex leasing and sales. His experience includes tenant advisory services, landlord representation and investment sales.

Andrew began his real estate career in 2006 in the downtown Los Angeles office of Cushman & Wakefield, where he completed an internship assisting a top producing office broker. For the next 2 1/2 years, Andrew was an Associate Broker in the downtown Los Angeles office of Colliers International.

Andrew works with national, regional and local tenants and owners to strategically position their real estate. Since 2008, he has completed lease and sale transactions in excess of 405,000 square feet and $61 million in value.

Education
Andrew holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate finance from the University of Southern California. He is currently working to achieve his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
