Background & Experience
Eric Shreves, Esquire, joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 2007 as a multi-family investment sales specialist. His professional experience includes a background in real estate law, acquisition/disposition analysis, zoning, finance and development. Recent multi-family disposition assignments have ranged from an 84-unit property to an 8-unit redevelopment assignment in North Portland.
Eric has worked abroad extensively, providing acquisition/disposition services in such areas as Malaysia and Chile for clients British Airways, American Humane Association, HQ/Regus and several other large corporations. The Department of Veterans Affairs named Shreves a senior real estate re-development consultant for their West Los Angeles healthcare campus totaling 400 acres.
Recently, Eric served the Portland Bureau of Planning with their zoning evaluation of the North Interstate Corridor. The father of four lives in North Portland with his wife, Hilary

His real estate career began in Washington, DC, after obtaining a law degree from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law and completing service with the Marine Corps.
