Background & Experience
Bill Smith has enjoyed a career in real estate since 1971. Joining NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1982, he has worked exclusively in office leasing. Bill’s leasing philosophy centers around clients’ needs and utlitlizing more than thirty years of industry knowledge and experience to fulfill them. By ensuring that transactions are transparent and that clients understand what their current and future goals are, Bill has earned a stellar business reputation and has won several awards for excellence over the years.
Bill was the #1 Producer for Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1998 and a member of the four-person team to win the Bill Naito Award from the Commercial Association of Realtors (CAR) in 1997. Bill was also named “Top Office Broker of the Year” for CAR in 1998. Bill was the #3 brokerage producer in both 1998 and 1999 for NAI NBS. He was #8 in 2000, #10 in 2002, #9 in 2004 and 2005 and #7 in 2006. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2008.
Education
Bill is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Business. He maintains an Associate Broker's license in Oregon.
