Background & Experience
Thomas joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 2007 to specialize in industrial
leasing and sales. Thomas works closely with other industrial brokers in providing a full spectrum of services to his clients.
Thomas is instrumental and proficient in all aspects of brokerage services, from property searching and marketing, to market research, to negotiating leases. His experience in compiling and organizing data for transactional transparency and conducting in-depth market research makes him knowlegeable and authoritative in the creation of comprehensive proposals and marketing packages.
Education
Thomas attended the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He is a licensed Oregon State broker.
