Background & Experience
MaryKay West previously worked at Alex Brown Kleinwort Benson (now LaSalle Advisors Capital Management, Inc.) as an assistant asset manager and has been with NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson since 1991. MaryKay managed property for large institutional owners, supervised our commercial Loan Administration and Market Research Departments, and worked on new business development and property management takeovers. She has worked in the Capital Asset Group since 2002.
As part of the brokerage team representing the sale of the Brewery Blocks in 2007, MaryKay received both the Commercial Association of Realtors (CAR) 2008 Bill Naito Award and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Transaction of the Year. She also held the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from 1994 to 2006.
Education
MaryKay graduated cum laude from Idaho State University with a degree in marketing. She is a licensed associate broker in Oregon, and she holds the Certified Green Broker designation.
