Background & Experience
Mark Winder joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1996 and has been the cornerstone of the company's efforts to build a high-quality, professional Engineering Services Division which supports the day to day and long term technical needs of our entire property management portfolio. Mark coordinates work assignments, oversees operation transitions for new managed accounts, implements ongoing engineering programs and systems, provides consulting services and project management services to ensure our clients receive optimal delivery of maintenance and construction services. Mark is also a valued member of NAI NBS’ New Business Development team, and a key leader on our Sustainability Outreach Committee. He was named NAI NBS’ 2009 Manager of the Year.
Mark has nearly 30 years of professional experience in commercial property management, operations, maintenance and engineering. Mark has field experience in the capacity of a journeyman engineer, chief engineer, project manager and multi-facility manager. He has served on state, municipal and professional committees in the interest of improving the workplace, community and field of the real estate industry.
Education
Mark holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. Mark holds a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED-AP) designation and is licensed as an Oregon Real Estate Broker.
